Strategic Communications LLC delivers top-notch IT and audiovisual services to corporate, health care, education and government agencies.
In 2017, the company became a Cisco Gold partner by installing state-of-the-art audiovisual systems for the University of Louisville’s Academic Center for Excellence. The company also became an Amazon Web Services certified partner, and won a 10-year, $5 billion contract with the U.S. Army.
But Strategic did face some challenges when it decided to rebrand and refresh its website, logo and marketing materials, said CEO and owner Kathy Mills.
Strategic wanted a “fresh, modern” brand that resembled the state-of-the-art technology services it provides, so it worked with Hatfield Media to design and redevelop all new branding standards.
“Our new logo represents sides of a cube coming together as a whole,” Mills said. “This represents how we transform an organization’s business model through our managed services, cloud services and audiovisual collaboration solutions.”
The overall message of Strategic’s new branding speaks to its goals of helping clients transform into leaner, more efficient and flexible businesses for the future, she said.
Looking ahead, Strategic is attempting to grow its managed services to assist small- and medium-sized business with future-proofing and IT security. It looks to increase its managed care clients by 300 percent within the next three years, and is looking to grow its federal business by the same margin.
But it’s not all “business” at the company.
Strategic also is pet-friendly, Mills said. Employees may bring dogs to the office as long as they are house-trained, get along with others dogs and have been vaccinated.
Strategic actively participates with local charities, including Kosair Family and Children’s Place, The Salvation Army, Service for Peace, Active Heroes and Go Ministries.
It’s also proud to be certified as a Women’s Business and Minority Business enterprise.
