DS 160 maiden name missing , B2 tourist visa

I filled out DS 160 with confirmation for B2 tourist visa and later noticed that I forgot to include maiden name of my spouse in the form where it asks for "spouse name (include maiden name)". My spouse has also filed her DS 160 for B2 visa where she did indicate her maiden name and we both are planning to go to interview together.

Will it be problem for my visa approval because I forgot to include her maiden name my DS 160?

Shall I inform to the officer during interview about that missing information in my DS 160?
