• Any information related to Online streaming events, customers will receive the required details via email/ sms once they register.
• Recording or uploading of this stream is not permitted. The time and date of the show may vary due to internet connectivity issues. 
• Customers cannot make specific instructor requests
• Instructors cannot charge a fee outside of the Renown platform for any sessions listed on the page
• Session schedule and timings are subject to change
• Renown or any partner will not be liable, not liable in any manner for any injuries sustained during the home workouts, availing these services will be at your own risk.
• Customers will not be allowed to join a session after 5 minutes of the session has lapsed
• Recording the session is not permitted by the customers 
• Videos and photos of the customers and fitness experts during the sessions and duration of the challenge can be used for promotional purposes by Renown
• There may be interruptions in the streaming due to internet and connectivity issues

• In case of Membership Plans, if you have purchased a monthly subscription plan, it will not be refunded.
