I kind of did, somewhere back in 4/5th grade in one of my classes. I think she may have been older than every other student in my class at the time. She was a big girl, probably close to the definition of "thick", with big legs and breasts, likely an early bloomer. One of my teachers was also fairly big too, though more around the lines of straight up fat. Those women are likely what started my path into liking bigger women. I didn't really "notice" at the time as I think I was around 13 when around them, but looking back on it now, I wouldn't be surprised.

Having gone and checked, her swimsuit is also slightly different to how it appears in the Hero ending, but again, I don't mind. The pure purple here, and the thicker bikini top, makes me think Akeno is trying to imitate the purple sling swimsuit Rias wore in the OVAs to season 1 to try and one up her. She certainly wins in a contest of mass.
And of course, how can we forget the title. Not only is it a crude symbol of her tits and belly button, but there's also the incredibly lewd implication that Akeno is a V cup. V for voluptuous. I think we should measure her just to be sure. And then, what happens in a month or so when she goes all the way past Z?

I took the liberty of changing her top to one that'd better not fit her at this size, and yes, she probably picked it at this size to increase the appeal.
We'll have to add more letters to the alphabet once she passes Z, I'm sure Latin humanity will be able to unite behind this noble goal.
