As a result, I was blessed with an encounter with a good producer in a beautiful area called Ainuma on the Kumaishi side where you can overlook the mountains and the sea. Just as the Tokugawa family, who bestowed the trademark, once took a step forward in history with hardship in this area, it was the moment when Yakumo's unique miso making, which can only be done in Yakumo, made great progress.
