Spooky seem to be very good caretakers of the theme and IP. I have every confidence they will do justice to this title.
Quoted from TooMetal:Looks pretty cool...........

This post made my wallet wince.
Quoted from CrazyLevi:When is the last time FOMO wasn't an unmitigated disaster for Spooky buyers?
Rick and Morty is probably the only time
Quoted from VisitorQ:I guess we have our cellar, you can see the lower pf in the picture.
Well, you can see something, but it could also just be a viewport like on Creature from the Black Lagoon. It's PROBABLY a lower playfield, but I wouldn't say confirmed yet.

FFS enough Purple lights
Quoted from dboeren:It's PROBABLY a lower playfield, but I wouldn't say confirmed yet.
Spooky is IN NO WAY going to put some more flippers and another PF. They'd get lambasted.

True
I guess we will know for certain as new information comes about but my guess is, lower pf.
So who else suspects that topper is animated and can clank the chains around? Very cool looking either way.

Introducing the officially licensed Evil Dead Pinball Interactive Cheryl Topper! If you want the most sinister Evil Dead experience, what better way than having Deadite Cheryl crawling out of the top of your game and into your arcade room? This topper was designed by Horror Special Makeup FX designer Gary J. Tunnicliffe and will be the staple topper in your game room. This motorized RGB lit topper puts you right in the cabin to experience true Deadite horror for yourself. Cheryl is trying to escape the cellar, and she isn't trying peacefully! Raising her head up and down, making the chains rattle, and reaching out at you with her hands, this is the most lively (or unalively?) topper yet. Don't get too close! And all of this crazy commotion won't come quietly! The Cheryl Topper features dozens of original movie callouts. Whether it's in the middle of an intense multiball or while your game is quietly sitting in attract mode, Cheryl is sure to make her presence known. For the price of $1399, your Evil Dead is taken to the next undead level.

Topper looks awesome and bad ass but man, that deer would have been killer as well.
As I said before, the topper has it's own trailer... Has to do something!
Description of game from Spooky:
Evil Dead Collector's Edition $9,999 plus tax and shipping when applicable (Shipping will be calculated when game is ready to ship). Evil Dead Pinball is a wide body pinball machine set in the the world of the first two films of the iconic franchise, The Evil Dead, and Evil Dead 2: Dead by Dawn. The players will be guided along by Ashley Williams, voiced by Bruce Campbell, as they battle the relentless forces of evil. Ash's now evil girlfriend Linda (voiced by Lara Sluyter) and Professor Knowby (Voiced by Scott Innes) will provide an additional level of Deadite trickery and direction to the game. Evil Dead Pinball is our most ambitious game to date, featuring the highest number of mechs in a Spooky Pinball machine yet. The game also features original clips, speech, and sfx from both films. Evil Dead Pinball is the 4th game by the designer duo "Spooky Luke" and Corwin "Bug" Emery. Many other Spooky crew members have returned for this release, including Ben Heck on the code, Matt Montgomery providing the score, Back Alley Creations, on the sculpts. This is also the first in a series of many Spooky Pinball games featuring a full art package by Christopher Franchi. It's time to officially "Join Us" in what we can confidently say is our most beautiful, most loaded, most impressive world under glass yet

Well the deer would definitely not fit under many people's ceilings I'm guessing.

That sounds awesome but it also sounds like an added expense, not included in the game.

where you snagging these details, TooMetal ?
Quoted from manadams:Well the deer would definitely not fit under many people's ceilings I'm guessing.
Yeah the Halloween had to come off day 1

They were in an email from Spooky. Looks like they might not have meant to send it today, but I did not realize it until it was too late.
Don't like widebody games and the left side looks very bland. But I'm a huge Evil Dead fan so hyped for the reveal! Come on Spooky!
Wish they would use a manual plunger on their games, not a fan of those push buttons unless you get to choose like on a Stern.
I like the theme. But will it be a fun and full pinball game? Honestly I haven’t had much fun playing most spooky titles. Any thoughts on the designers and what are appropriate expectations for gameplay?

From Knapp “On Pinside, Spooky Luke stated that the game will come in one version, the Collector's Edition, which will be priced at $9,999 including the topper.”. Missed this post. So which is it? Topper included or topper $1399 more?
It's a different topper. Likely something acrylic that is included in the $9999 price. the topper pictured here is an upgrade that you can buy.

That's what I am thinking as well and this would also explain why the topper has it's own trailer.
The next question I have is will the topper be available at the time the game is released?

Yes. Standard CE topper is included with the game.
Fancy topper is optional at $1399.

I have never purchased a topper in my life and dislike most of them, but I don't see how you can buy this game and not get the topper upgrade. It's just too cool!
Cool ... soo it looks like you gotta hit the the 2 shotgun shells to load the double barrel shotgun!

Hoping we'll know more once we see some gameplay footage. None of the arcades here buy Spooky games so it's really hard to get to try one. When I was interested in Scooby due to the theme it had amazing audio and the artwork was great too, but the layout and gameplay was a letdown compared to either modern Sterns or classic Bally/Williams games. No matter what it plays like I know my wife won't want a gory looking game in our house though

Same with the Goblin topper for Labyrinth I think. Normally I find toppers to be a waste of money but these seem to be WAY better than usual..
Cool topper, like that they have an option beyond the flat plastics. Spooky picks themes I really like, I am hoping the actual gameplay gets to the level of stern or classic Bally/williams.
They need the terrifier IP.
Quoted from Charles_Kline:I don't understand the hype for this game.
