tort is an NPC that can be found at the Second Sea in Café and at Third Sea in Mansion.
Sells[]
In exchange for 
3,000, tort will change the player's race randomly.
- The races obtainable from this NPC are: Human, Rabbit, Shark and Angel.
- There are no exact chances. It is estimated that it has an equally large chance of obtaining any given race from the reroll.
The player can re-roll as many times as they want without any cooldown. As long as they have 3,000 or more.

Guys this glitch works for me but only in third sea you can get any race you want, just do: /tort (race you want)- for example /tort angel or /tort shark. this has always worked for me, you just need to be in third sea idk about you guys though it worked 3/3 of them time for me thank me later
