The last several years have seen major shifts due to government bans, COVID, and, more recently, the coming dominance of cloud, Generative AI / LLMs. In 2024, what manufacturers are gaining and losing?

This is the 11th year IPVM has tracked manufacturers gaining and losing:

From 2014 - 2016, IPVM accurately tracked the rise of PRC China manufacturers, led by Hikvision. In 2017 - 2019, due to cybersecurity issues and government bans, results showed that stopping and reversing. 2020 - 2021 showed the impact of COVID-19 and the US ban on Hikvision and Dahua, and 2022 - 2023 showed the impact of mass shortages.
