“審訊預告表”是用以向公眾人士（尤其是訴訟各方及其法律代表）提供有關列入“審訊預告表”的案件的資料。指明時間過後，相關的“審訊預告表”即無用處，不再保留。除上文所述的用途外，閱覽“審訊預告表”的任何人士，不得將表中所載的個人資料另作別用。
Warned Lists are published to provide information to the public, especially the parties and legal representatives of the cases, about cases warned for trial. After the relevant time frame, such lists serve no other purpose and will not be retained. No person accessing the Warned List shall use any personal data contained therein for any purpose not related to the purposes set out above.

TAKE NOTICE THAT the following cases are warned for trial before a Judge in the District Court during the week commencing 18 November 2024.
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the hearing date of these cases will be published and displayed at not later than 2:30 p.m. during the working days (except Saturday) at the notice boards situated on G/F and on 6/F outside the Listing Office of the District Court and that it is THE DUTY of the parties or their representation to ascertain as to what time, date and venue, their case(s) will be tried.
