“審訊預告表”是用以向公眾人士（尤其是訴訟各方及其法律代表）提供有關列入“審訊預告表”的案件的資料。指明時間過後，相關的“審訊預告表”即無用處，不再保留。除上文所述的用途外，閱覽“審訊預告表”的任何人士，不得將表中所載的個人資料另作別用。
Warned Lists are published to provide information to the public, especially the parties and legal representatives of the cases, about cases warned for trial. After the relevant time frame, such lists serve no other purpose and will not be retained. No person accessing the Warned List shall use any personal data contained therein for any purpose not related to the purposes set out above.

下列案件由2024年11月18日起計之一星期内將待原訟法庭一位法官審理。
案件一經安排審訊日期，便會於下午2時30分(每個工作天(週六除外))，在香港金鐘道38號,高等法院大樓地下，書記主任辦事處外的佈告板張貼通告。有關案件的當事人或其代表律師有責任於下午2時30分至5時前往該處，自行查閱以確定案件的審訊日期,時間及地點。
此外，就有關更改/修訂而作出更新的審訊預告表,其中包括已獲安排審訊日期的案件,亦會於下午3 時30分，上載於司法機構的互聯網址http://www.judiciary.hk 以供瀏覽(而主審法官的姓名及審訊日期,會用紅色字體,顯示於該些已獲安排審訊日期案件的編號下)。

TAKE NOTICE THAT the following cases will be warned for trial before a Judge in the Court of First Instance during the week commencing 18th November, 2024.
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that once marked for trial, the trial date of the case will be published and displayed at 2:30 p.m. (during working days except Saturdays) on the notice board outside the Clerk of Court’s Office on the G/F of the High Court Building, 38 Queensway, Hong Kong, and that it is the duty of the parties or their solicitors to go there between 2:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to ascertain what time, date and venue their case(s) will be tried.
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that an updated Warned List bearing the relevant amendments / adjustments, including marking of cases for trial, if any, will also be uploaded at 3:30 p.m. to the Judiciary website http://www.judiciary.hk for viewing (with the name of the trial judge and the trial date shown in red under the case marked).
