Wanna Buy Johnny Depp's Jacket?
Yep, that's the jacket Johnny Depp wore in The Man Who Cried. I bet it smells of rugged manliness and unfiltered cigarettes. You can buy it at the Entertainment Memorabilia auction at Bonhams in London's Knightsbridge where 250 film costume pieces will be up for grabs.
Angels The Costumier is supplying the outfits, many of which are historically significant such as Christopher Lee's iconic black cape from Dracula, a collection of costumes from the James Bond series, and the cloak worn by Omar Sharif in Lawrence of Arabia. There are even some outrageous offerings like the infamous monkey masks from series one of The Mighty Boosh.
The Entertainment Memorabilia auction begins at 11 a.m. on June 16. I can't wait to see how much the monkey masks go for.

I would love to go to this auction, even if I could not afford anything. Did work experiance for a theatre costume company, unfortunately not clothing Johnny Depp.

I wonder how much the fuzzy one will be going for? But I'd probably get more wear from Johnny's jacket. Do you remember him on 21 Jump Street? So long ago.....

Swoon! Johnny Depp! I think if they sold his rugged manliness smell without the jacket, I'd buy it. Oh 21 Jump Street... so many memories.

Rugged manliness. Mmmmm. I didn't know Jarvis Cocker was in Harry Potter. You mean the pop star? How strange! The sequinned cloak is rather appealing. I keep buying sequin things and storing them because they are too flashy for everyday use.

Aw, everyone loves Johnny. How can you not love Johnny?
D - Apparently yes, Jarvis Cocker from Pulp was in the movie. I haven't actually seen any of them, though! They say that sequin cloak is really heavy - it would be so cool just to own so you could touch it!

Thanks for the tip. Aren't they all lovely things? And not to be contrary or anything, but JD gave me the creeps in the remake of "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory", with his brown lipstick and Prince Valiant haircut. I am still not over it. I guess I won't be bidding on the coat. I will be curious to see the auction results, though.

Kim, I was just thinking about you and how it's time for a wander over to yours!
I never did see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, the original creeps me out and Johnny Depp or no Johnny Depp, I just don't want to see it!
