九巴路線B1及B9、龍運路線S1、S64、S64C、S64P和S64X正提供有限度服務。

The Hong Kong Observatory will issue the Strong Wind Signal No. 3. Majority routes of KMB and LWB will gradually resume service from 1020hrs onwards.
KMB Routes B1 and B9, LWB Routes S1, S64, S64C, S64P, and S64X are now providing limited services.
