Yeah, that's not exactly the way that it works. People can't "make unlimited accounts". IP address and other identifying information can be tracked.

I can’t go on Twitter anymore. It was bad enough when Musk bought it and ruined the nest parts of the platform and invite disinfo, hate, and bots, but now that he is directly involved in the Trump admin and for all his antics during the campaign I must avoid supporting him in any way possible
