To those who are confused-
We can assume that losing blood is bad in a vampire society. 50 liters= roughly 13 gallons. Of blood. That’s a lot of blood. There are 5 liters of blood in the human body. So, 50 liters= 10 humans worth of blood. The manager or whatever is mad at MC because he apparently lost 10 humans worth of blood, so manager is firing him. From what I assume, in this chapter, after you get fired from this position you get a worse job, like maybe a blood giver or something similar. That’s why MC is so scared to get fired.

Well apparently he works at a blood bank and he lost the bank’s blood. That definitely is not a good thing. If you work at a regular bank and you lose the bank’s money, something’s gonna happen to you. So yeah, we can establish that he’s in a sh*t situation. And we don’t know about the farm yet (probably some kind of living arrangement for humans?), but from this chapter we can see that it’s also bad to be removed from one. What is there to be confused about?
