We offer FREE delivery if you select “Collect in person”, “Redeem via MTR Mobile” or purchase up to HK$600 per order. If purchase amount less than HK$600, $45 delivery fee per order will be charged.

The delivery fee will include the courier service fee which is based on the charges of S.F. Express and a handling fee of MTR Corporation Limited. Late pick up will incur late pick up charge. It will be charged by S.F. Express directly when you pick up the goods.

Earn MTR Points

Upon spending HK$5 or above, every HK$1 spending, you will earn 1 MTR Point. MTR Points will be calculated according to the actual paid amount of a single transaction capped at first five thousand Hong Kong dollars (HK$5,000), times the Basic Earn Points Ratio.

You need to purchase item(s) after logging in to your MTR Mobile account to earn the MTR Points. MTR Points will not be granted to any purchase before logged in to the MTR Registered Account.

Upon successful purchase made with login MTR Registered Account, MTR Points will be credited into the Registered User’s valid Registered Account within three (3) working days.

Remarks:

Delivery Fee is not counted into spending amount

Convert MTR Points

You can convert MTR Points into cash for shopping now! To convert MTR Points, you need to log in your MTR Mobile account with enough MTR Points.

Converting MTR Points:

i. Click “Covert Now” under Order Summary in Shopping Cart page

ii. Input one-time verification code

iii. Click “Confirm” after choosing or inputting the amount of MTR Points wish to convert

Note: Each order can be settled by MTR Points up to 30% of the subtotal amount.

iv. To adjust the amount of MTR Points, click “Edit” and repeat the steps above.

v. Upon confirmation, the corresponding MTR Points will be deducted instantly from registered users’ account. No cancellation or point refund is allowed.
