• Robert Allen Davis Jr., 38, of 106 Reagan Branch Road in Seymour, was charged April 21 with simple possession of meth, simple possession of schedule 2, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving on a suspended license. He was released.
• Lorelie E. Davis-Craig, 55, of 837 Red Bud Lane in Sevierville, was charged April 21 with theft of property. She was released.
• Reggie Michael Harris, 25, of Fountain Run, Kentucky, was charged April 21 with domestic assault. He was being held in lieu of $1,000 bond.
• Devon Blad Hurst, 19, of 722 Pollard Road in Kodak, was charged April 22 with simple possession of schedule 6 and simple possession of schedule 2. He was being held.
• William Harry Kennedy, 50, of 4250 McCoig Road in Sevierville, was charged April 21 with violation of probation. He was being held.
