Seconded to NTT QONOQ Devices, Product Planning Department, in charge of product planning
One of the attractions of NTT QONOQ is that it has a system and environment that makes it easy to work. I have a young child, and after listening to the stories of employees who are working while raising children, regardless of their gender, I thought, ``Isn't it possible for this company to work even with shorter working hours without feeling inferior?'' This, in addition to my interest in XR, was a big push for me to join the company.
Of course, I had some concerns about working "shorter hours" upon joining the company, but I was able to take advantage of the "Super Flex Time System" and the "Remote Work System," making it easier than I had imagined to coordinate my personal and professional life. I can also take annual leave in one-hour increments, and I can also split my flexible work hours, so I can use my time between duties to visit my child's hospital or daycare, which has been very helpful.
As for my work, I am currently seconded to NTT QONOQ Devices, where I am involved in PR/promotion and branding for products that will be launched in the future, and building corporate sites. Right now, I find the process of building up the process from scratch to find out, ``How do we deliver everyone's thoughts and feelings to the product together with the product?'' a rewarding process.
Spending time with my children and family is an important time that I can call my "base" time. By encountering NTT QONOQ , I thought, ``It's okay to look at my life and career while maintaining that base time, and still encounter many new things.'' I have a feeling that we are able to do this. I will continue to not give up on challenges and work carefully on what is in front of me.
