During my student days, I was involved in a music-related event business as an organizer, operator, and DJ, and after graduating, I started new businesses and new service sites in the tourism industry. I was interested in new technologies and fields such as VR, AR, and MR, so I decided to join NTT QONOQ because I felt that my business development experience in the tourism field could be utilized in the XR market.

In my project, we are launching a 3D space showroom called 360Media, which can be experienced on the web, and a digital human service that utilizes generative AI. We also provide VR, AR, and MR services that utilize wearable devices such as VR goggles and sunglasses. Among them, I am in charge of developing services for the tourism domain, regional development, and museums and galleries. I find it very rewarding to be in charge of a wide range of tasks, including market research, user-setting marketing, service design and planning proposals, and sales to develop new partners. All of these are in the business start-up phase, but I am very excited about the new services that will be created by crossing the technology of XR with tourism.

Before joining the company, I had a rigid, bureaucratic image of NTT Group, but that was not the case. In my job of creating new business, I have many opportunities to work together with sales representatives from NTT Group companies, and they are all excellent communicators and very attractive people with rich sensibilities, making my job very easy.

Based on my mission of "building a better Japan through tourism," I would like to focus on business growth so that NTT QONOQ can lead the XR field and people will say NTT QONOQ when they think of XR. I want to use light footwork without being intimidated by the opponent or the environment, and above all, I want to enjoy this challenge myself.
