I’m in here for there TTE fossil…
Show me a place where green energy is profitable w/o more and more taxpayer funds?

There is no climate emergency - and green energy is economically destructive.

DJT will defund the UN and its corrupt IPCC models - and fund actual climate research showing trace CO2 plant food isn’t the bad guy needing a 15th century witch-hunt.

DJT will tear up the Paris accord (again) and COP/WEF agreements. I will open a nice bottle of Bordeaux to celebrate affordable, reliable, available energy - which will lower inflation.

Trump will help bolster support for Farage, Le Pen, and German Conservative Party. What Labour is doing to the UK is horrible…

Total's CEO (of which I am a long-standing shareholder) should concern himself with Total's and with France's own significant worries. The US election is NOT about him.

And since he wants to be a politician, how does he like what his Macron guy said. "Nationalism is the opposite of Democracy".

Does our Total CEO believe that?

Oh, how about an environmental question for him. Does he know that lithium, which is meant to be used for imposing electric vehicles upon us, is NOT a renewable resource. Try working on that before lecturing us on anything...

Translation: "We've worked hard to payoff the establishment dolts so that we can be the ones 'benefiting' from the regulations we've paid to craft. If you undo that, it will disrupt the new monopoly we've formed to extract money from everyone under the guise of "green" framework. It will be chaos. I won't be able to afford my new Aspen ski chalet!"

trump says President Biden passed "industry killing rules" that will "kill domestic oil & gas production" and that the U.S. is somehow "not energy independent". Here are the simple and easily verifiable facts. The U.S. is currently:

1. The #1 oil producer on the planet, with record production of 13.4 million bpd
2. The #1 LNG exporter on the planet under Biden.
3. The #1 NGLs producer on the planet with growing propane & butane exports.
4. Considering all imports & exports, the U.S. *** is *** energy independent by an estimated ~3 million boe/d. Those who understand how much energy is in a single boe know that this is a *massive* amount of energy independence.

So, trump and the republicans were just as wrong on his energy false narrative as they were on their prediction that President Biden would somehow cause the "stock market to crash". As is typically the case with trump, the facts are exactly the opposite here as well: the DJIA, S&P500, and Nasdaq-100 have all hit record high after record high this year.

How can such a non fact-based person, who doesn't even believe in basic science, is a convicted felon, and led the Jan 6th coup-attempt on the U.S. Capital to install himself as dictator-for-life possibly be in the running for president of this great country? (!) I find this incredibly sad, quite pathetic, and very, very dangerous (at least to those of us who actually understand and value American Democracy, the rule-of-law, and the U.S. Constitution).

@Michael Fitzsimmons keep in mind his voter base trends older, less educated and evangelical. It makes more sense when we remind ourselves of that

@Michael Fitzsimmons The carbon industry has done a bang up job of overcoming attempts to kill it.
