Description[]
The Culinary Crucible: Confection Perfection is a Culinary Crucible event that features Jack and Vil. It's the ninth cooking event of the game and it requires players to send their characters (using the cards the player owns) out to gather ingredients for fixed amounts of time in order to cook various dishes with them.
The event also has a short story that consists of a prologue and epilogue and they give some insight on Jack and Vil's experiences during the cooking class. The epilogue unlocks after players collect 1000 Culinary Crucible Tokens.
This event revolves around dishes that use sugar as one of the ingredients and each dish, high score, skill and recipe can be viewed in the game's Album.
At the start of the event, players get the following ingredients, one of each: Sugar, Cocoa, Flour, and Egg (medium rarity each) to make one of the recipes, Chocolate Cake.

Skill[]
Each dish has its own skill gauge starting at zero, which will raise when players cook the dish using the right ingredients. The quality of the ingredients influence the points and higher quality results in more points from judges, but higher skill level will also increase the player's chances of cooking better quality dishes.
The star rating of the dish raises the skill by a fixed percentage.
- 1-star dish raises Skill by 4%
- 2-star dish raises Skill by 8%
- 3-star dish raises Skill by 12%
Note: It is recommended to use low quality ingredients when a dish's skill percentage is low, as using medium or high quality ingredients won't influence the points given by the judges at low skill levels.
