All my life, I've been very people-orientated. In high school, I spent multiple years on the board for BBYO, an international youth group, and was a member of the National Honor Society and the tennis, swim, and soccer teams.

In university, I was the vice president of my first-year hall and am in the Young Labour and debate club. I spent a semester abroad at the University of Virginia where I was active in club life there and a social media ambassador for the University of Auckland.

I'm currently interning with Pennsylvania State Representative Carol Kazeem and am the president of the Study Abroad Student Society at the University of Auckland.

    I’m the president of SASS for the University of Auckland. This club welcomes any exchange students traveling to New Zealand for the 2024 school year, up to 800 members. Although the school year hasn’t started (and won’t until March), I’ve revamped last year’s failed executive team and have drawn up new leadership positions and some preliminary events, so we’re prepared.

    This role is multi faceted.

    One side of my work is constituent services. This includes helping any member of the Chester electorate who comes into the office. I've worked with people who are homeless, addicted to drugs,and more. Generally I help them fill out forms or direct them to the government agency who can best handle their problems.

    The other side is legislative. This includes going through the Representative's feedback and filling her in on any legislation recommendations…

    This role is multi faceted.

I've worked with people who are homeless, addicted to drugs,and more. Generally I help them fill out forms or direct them to the government agency who can best handle their problems.

    The other side is legislative. This includes going through the Representative's feedback and filling her in on any legislation recommendations that catch my eye. I'm also working with the other intern on drafting and promoting legislation to fill current gaps in sexual violence prevention legislation

    In this volunteer position as vice president of my first-year hall of residence, I regularly communicated with floor representatives, planned and promoted hall events, and served as a friendly face for people to talk to if they had issues.

    I'm most proud of my work for our pink shirt day anti-bullying campaign. Working with the other hall leaders, I organised a day where everyone decked themselves out in pink, and our hall had a pink theme, with different pink foods in the dining hall…

Almost the entire dorm of 500 participated in this event and proudly wore their pink shirts and nail paint out into the city that evening.

    During the 2020 election cycle, I worked for Senator Coons. We phone and text banked and joined online meetings run by the senator to discuss strategy. I learned the intricacies of campaigning straight from a major politician.
