- 1,131章：「冥界のロキ」
- 鬼の子ヤマトの黄金収穫代理巡礼、第18巻：「ヤマトは小千代に乗って泥棒を追っている。タマとスピードも来ている」
- 章は前回の終わりから始まる。ルフィはついにエルバフに着いたと知ってとても喜んでいる。
- ルフィは興奮しすぎて、島の大きさや巨人などに興奮していることなどを話し続けている。ロキも話そうとするが、ルフィはロキが怒るまで彼にチャンスを与えない。
ロキ：「黙れ！！ お前と話しているんだ！！！」 - ロキは周囲のオオカミを怖がらせるほどの力強い叫び声を上げる。そして、ルフィと話している間にロキのプレゼンテーションボックスが見える（それは今ロキの右足の上に置かれている）。

ロキ：「よく観察しているな！！ でも、拘束されたい人間はいないだろう？
みんなと同じように、僕もできれば解放されたいよ、ロディ」
ルフィ「僕はルフィだ、ロディじゃない!!」
- ロキは、6年間この状態だったと説明する。彼はエルバフで最も強力な人物だが、彼が縛られている木は「宝樹アダム」であり、「ウォーランド」王国そのものだ。そして、彼の体を拘束する鎖は海狼石でできているため、逃げることはできない。
ロキ「取引しよう、ルフィ!! 君は海賊だろう?上の村から鍵を見つけて私を解放してくれ。そうすれば、お前が望む海賊団を 1 人倒してやる!!」 - ロキによると、この雪の国は「冥界」と呼ばれ、巨人たちの監獄と処刑場の両方になっている。罪を犯した巨人はここに追いやられ、この森には獣がいるので誰も近寄ろうとしない。
ロキ: 「この雪山に来た目的がわからないが、ここにいる獣には気をつけたほうがいい!!」
彼らは皆、山の王様で、子供の頃からの仲間です!!」 - 素晴らしい見開きページで、たくさんの巨大な獣（ルフィが訓練したルスカイナ島の獣に似ています）が森から出てきて、ルフィを取り囲みます。獣は5匹います。ホッキョクグマ、ゴリラ、オオカミ、ヘビ、マンモスです。
- 人間も何人か出てきますが、彼らはロキの部下のようです。彼らは獣から身を守るために、顔を覆うガスマスクと臭い動物の皮を身に着けています。ルフィは獣を見てもとても落ち着いています。
ルフィ：「この感覚は私を懐かしくさせます…」
ロキ：「もし私に逆らう勇気があるなら…この人たちはじっと立っていません…!!」 - 突然、ルフィは1つのコマですべての獣を制圧し、ロキと彼の部下を驚かせます。その後、ルフィはゴリラの手の上に飛び乗り、獣たちは彼を友好的に（♡付きで）見ています。
ロキの部下：「この男は、四皇の「赤髪のシャンクス」が来た時のように、私たちを気絶させませんように…」
ルフィ：「シャンクスって言ったの！？」
ロキの部下：「言ったけど、それよりももっと大事なことが今起こっている！！！」
ロキ：「あ〜〜！？ちょっと待って、この小僧は誰だ…！？」 - ルフィがシャンクスについて話す感情的な様子を観察し、ロキはルフィをからかいます。
ルフィ：「シャンクスがここにいた！？こんなところに！？」
ロキ：「赤髪を知っていたの…？」うん、来たよ…だって、あの「チキン海賊」の話してるだろ…!?」 - それを聞いたルフィは「ギア4」に変身してロキを殴るが、ロキはかろうじて頭を動かしてパンチをかわす。ロキとその部下、そして巨大生物たちは驚愕する。
ロキの部下：「きゃあ！！ ロキ様！！！」
ロキ：「うわあ！！！ このバカ…待って！！」冗談だよ、ただの冗談さ!!!」
ルフィ: 「もうそんなこと言わないで!!!」
ロキ (心の中で考えている): 「ここから出たら、まずこいつを殺す!!」 - ルフィはシャンクスがここに何の用があるのか、まだエルバフにいるのかと尋ねる。
ロキ: 「タダでは教えないぞ、分かるだろ?」 - 城の橋に切り替わる。ナミたちはロードが追いかけてくるのを目撃し、ゲルトとゴールドバーグもロードを追いかけている。ゾロは彼らを倒そうとするが、ウソップは彼らがドリーやブロギーと友達かもしれないと言い、彼らは全員、上にあるエルバフの村まで逃げることにする。
- ナミ：「追いつかれたら終わりだ！！！」
- シーンは再び「冥界」に戻りますが、ルフィとロキがいる場所とは別の場所です。またもや信じられないような見開きページで、ハイルディンとスタンセンが巨大なヘラジカを倒すのが見られます。
ハイルディン：「ディガガガガ！！ヘラジカを捕まえた！！この生き物は上の森では見つからない！！
肉は最高だ！！麦わらの一味の顔に浮かぶ満面の笑みが目に浮かびます！！」
スタンセン：「でも、これは重い、どうやって持ち帰ればいいんだ？」
ハイルディン：「恥をかくな、この肉は命を救ってくれた人達のためのものだ！！」 - その後、ドレスローザ編の出来事とハイルディンの「新巨戦士海賊団」についての概要パネルが見られます。その後、ハイルディンとスタンセンがヘラジカを運び去ります。
- エルバフの船に切り替わる。すでにエルバフ海域にいる（船は大きな海の生き物の横を航行している）。ブルックはロビンのリクエストに応じて彼女の髪を切っている。
ブルック：「どうですか！？ロビンさん！！
女性の髪を切るのは初めてです！！緊張しました～～～！！

フランキー：「おお、この髪型は懐かしいな～～～」
ジンベエ：「お似合いです！！ブルック、よくできました！！」 - そしてロビンのクローズアップが映し出され、ブルックが前髪を切ったことがわかり、ロビンはタイムスリップ前の髪型に戻る！！
ロビン「完璧！ありがとうブルック♡」
ブルック「よっほー。それは嬉しい！！」
ブロギー「なるほど！それはサウルといた時の髪型だったんだね？」
ドリー「彼も大喜びするだろうね！！」
フランキー「無理だ、再会で涙が出そう！！」
オイモ「ロビン、それも知ってた髪型だよ！！」
エルバフ船がエルバフ島に到着するシーンは最終ページ。船に乗っている全員に巨大な島が見えるようになった。
巨人「霧が晴れた！！あそこが俺たちの島だ！！上陸しよう～～～～」
麦わらの一味「でかい！！あれが巨人の島か！！」
巨人「上陸したらまた乾杯しよう！！うわああああああああああ！！！」 - 章の最後のコマで、エルバフの中のどこかにカットバックします。誰かがとても緊張して叫んでいます…
謎の人物：「ハッ…ハッ…助けて！！
ソール先生が倒れました！！！全然動きません！！！」
章終了。来週は休みなし。

- Chapter 1,131: “Loki of the Underworld”.
- Ogre Child Yamato’s Golden Harvest Surrogate Pilgrimage, Vol. 18: “Yamato is riding Komachiyo chasing the thief. Tama and Speed are coming too”.
- Chapter starts where last one ended. Luffy is very happy to know that he’s finally in Elbaph.
- Luffy is so excited that he keeps talking about how massive is the island and how he’s excited by the giants etc. Loki tries to talk too but Luffy doesn’t give him any chance until Loki gets angry.
Loki: “Silence!! I’m talking to you!!!” - Loki lets out a powerful scream that scares wolves in the area. Then we can see Loki’s presentation box while he talks to Luffy (that is now on top of Loki’s right leg).
[Accursed Prince of Elbaph~ Loki.
Special Bounty issued by World Government: 2,600,000,000 Berries]
Loki: “I am the “Sun God” that has been passed down in this country…!! Do not speak without my permission, human.
Now tell me… What do you think about the state I’m in.
Luffy: “What do I think…? You are obviously captured.”
Loki: “Very observant!! But no one wishes to be restrained, right?
Like them all, if it’s possible I would like to be liberated as well Rody.”
Luffy: “I’m Luffy, not “Rody”!!”
- Loki explains that he has been like this for 6 years. He’s the most powerful person in Elbaph, but the tree he’s tied to is “Treasure Tree Adam” that is “Warland” kingdom itself. And the chains that imprison his body are made of Kairouseki, so there’s no way he can escape.
Loki: “Let’s make a deal, Luffy!! You are a pirate, right?
Find a key from the village above and free me, then I will crush one pirate crew you want for you!!” - Loki says that this snowy land is called the “Underworld” and it is both prison and execution ground for giants. Giants who committed crimes are forced down here and no one dares come near because of the beasts in this forest.
Loki: “I don’t know your purpose of coming into this snowy mountain range, but you better beware of the beasts here!!
Each of them are the king of a mountain… and my pals since I was a kid!!” - In an AMAZING double page, many massive beasts (similar to the ones on Rusukaina Island where Luffy trained) come out of the forest and surround Luffy. There are 5 beasts: a polar bear, a gorilla, a wolf, a snake and a mammoth.
- Some humans come out as well, they seem to be Loki’s subordinates. They wear gas masks that covers their faces and smelly animal skins to protect theirself from the beasts. Luffy is very calm when he sees the beasts.
Luffy: “This feeling takes me back…”
Loki: “If you dare disobey me… these guys won’t just stand still…!!” - Suddenly Luffy subdues all beasts in one panel, shocking Loki and his subordinates. Luffy then jumps on top of gorilla’s hand, all beasts look at him in a friendly way (with some ♡).
Loki’s subordinates: “I hope this guy won’t make us faint, like when “Red Hair Shanks” of the Yonkou came here…”
Luffy: “You said “Shanks”!?”
Loki’s subordinates: “We did, but something more important than that is happening right now!!!”
Loki: “Ahh~~!? Wait just a moment, who is this shortie…!?” - Loki observes the emotional way Luffy talks about Shanks so he teases him.
Luffy: “Shanks was here!? In this place!?”
Loki: “So you know Red Hair…?
Yeah, he came here… Because we are talking about that “chicken pirate” right…!?” - When Luffy hears it, he turns into “Gear 4” form and punches Loki, that narrowly dodges the punch moving his head. Loki, his subordinates and the massive beasts are in shock.
Loki’s subordinates: “Kyaaaa!! Loki-sama!!!”
Loki: “Whoahh!!! You dimwit… wait!! I was joking, just joking!!!”
Luffy: “Don’t to say that again!!!”
Loki (thinking to himself): “If I get out of here, I’m gonna kill this guy first!!” - Luffy asks what business does Shanks have here and if he’s still in Elbaph.
Loki: “I won’t tell you that for free, you know?” - Cut to the castle bridge. Nami and others see Road running after them, while Gerd and Goldberg are running after Road too. Zoro wants to cut them down but Usopp says they may be friends with Dorry and Brogy, so they all decide to run to the Elbaph village up above.
Nami: “It will be over if they caught up to us!!!” - Cut back to the “Underworld” but in a different area from where Luffy and Loki are. In another INCREDIBLE double page, we see Hajrudin and Stansen striking down a huge moose.
Hajrudin: “Digagagaga!! We’ve got the moose!! You can’t find this creature in the forests above!!
Its meat is superb!! I can already see the big smile that the “Straw Hats” gonna have on their faces!!”
Stansen: “But this thing is heavy, how do we carry it back?”
Hajrudin: “Don’t embarrass ourselves, this meat is for those that saved our lives!!” - Then we can see a recap panel about Dressrosa arc events and Hajrudin’s “New Giant Warrior Pirates”. After that Hajrudin and Stansen carry the moose and leave.
- Cut now to Elbaph ship, that is already in Elbaph sea area (the ship is sailing next to a large sea creature). Brook is cutting Robin’s hair at her request.
Brook: “How is it!? Robin-san!!
This is my first time doing a hair cut for a lady!! I was very nervous~!! My heart was racing, even though I don’t have one!! Yohoho~ Skull joke!!”
Lilith: “Kyahaha. You don’t have a heart!? That’s not scientific at all!!”
Bonney: “So cute!! Robinnn ♡”
Franky: “Ohhh, this hairstyle brings back memories~~~”
Jinbe: “This suits you well!! Great job Brook!!” - Then we see a close-up of Robin and we discover that Brook’s cut her bangs, so Robin turns back to her pre-timeskip hairstyle!!
Robin: “Perfect! Thank you Brook ♡”
Brook: “Yohoho. Glad to hear that!!
Brogy: “Oh I see! That was the hair you had when you were with Saul, right?”
Dorry: “I bet he’ll be overjoyed too!!”
Franky: “I can’t, this reunion is going to make me tear up!!”
Oimo: “That’s also the hairstyle we knew, Robin!!”
Elbaph ship reaches Elbaph Island in the final page of the chapter. All people in the ship can see now the colossal island.
Giants: “The fog has cleared!! There’s our island!! Let’s land~~” Straw Hat crew: “It’s huuuuge!! So that’s the island of the Giants!!” Giants: “We will do another toast once we land!! Uwoahhhh~!!!”
- Cut back to somewhere inside Elbaph in the last panels of the chapter. Someone is shouting very
nervously…
Mysterious person: “Huff… huff… Help!!
Saul-sensei has fallen down!!! He’s not moving at all!!!”
