The anticipation of old age is a horror that haunts everyone every day. Everyone just tries as well as they can not to think about it, but we all know that the day where each of us is leaning onto a rollator with a crooked back like that person on the sidewalk is coming. Every elderly person on the sidewalk refreshes this devastating reminder.

People who expect they will live until 90 fail to consider the decisive fact that a year near the end of life doesn't have the same value as a year in early life. A year plagued by diseases and dependence on help (age 80) is not comparable to a year of good health and vitality and sexual activity (age 20).

Here is my protocol:

I do every third month a three days water only fast. Autophagy is at it's peak between 24 - 48 hours then it declines. On the third day I dissolve the content of 15 capsules of Fisetin ( 1500 mg ) in a tablespoon of olive oil.

Any thoughts?

some people can experiment on themselves with fisetin and other non-patentable products/services.
so, if there are two identical twins {genetically the same}. one twin can swallow a dose of fisetin and the other twin can swallow a placebo pill and after a few months a researcher can compare senescent cells burden of both twins and publish the results on internet -- free and open public access.

Q1: If an ordinary person starts take Glucophage/Metformin could s/he eventually be starved of glucose and/or other sugars so s/he be dead because body need sugar.

Q2: Does Glocophage/Metformin only depletes glucose levels and not fructose, sucralose, etc therby gives a life extension because glucose is the most unhealthy sugar.
