62 years ago, our company IMADEYA was born as a small town liquor store in Chiba.
It's been 22 years since we moved our base to the Chiba main store in Nitonacho.
We have a very strong connection to Chiba.

This time, we will introduce two up-and-coming wineries among them.
Chiba Prefecture/Choshi Winery
The Fisherman Sings Choshi Cuvée 2023
Choshi Winery located in Choshi City, Chiba Prefecture. They are dedicated to producing wines that 'marry with the seafood of Choshi' and 'create a marriage between people'.
This is a blend of three varieties using grapes bathed in the sea breeze.
Each variety has a strong presence, and the unique aroma and taste are finished as intended.
Chiba Prefecture/Sawa Wine
Sawa Wine Blanc 2023
"Sawa Wine" has been cultivating grapes for more than 10 years as Yamamoto Farm in Hachimachi City, Chiba Prefecture.
Since 2014, we have been working on commercialization through contract brewing, and in 2021, we obtained a brewing license and launched the long-awaited brand "Sawa Wine" to brew our own wine.
This also includes Chardonnay-based Muscat Bailey A from Yachigai.
Pressed in whole bunches, taking the best of Chardonnay and Bailey A! It is a fresh white wine brewed with early-harvested grapes.
