About

Kia Ora,

Curious and driven, I am an enthusiastic young learner with a love of creativity and problem solving. Currently, I am underway in a conjoint degree in Marketing and IT Management at The University of Auckland - Waipapa Taumata Rau. In honing this knowledge, my goal is to become a valuable member of the business world.

I have experience working in a variety of fields such as hospitality, agriculture and volunteering which has led to my strong foundation in customer service and working in team environments. Working in such spaces has taught me important skills such as communication, leadership, taking initiative, listening and organisation. Additionally, in having a naturally curious mind, I’ve learnt to adapt quickly and dedicate myself to certain ventures. I welcome and embrace opportunities to expand my skill set.

Excited to connect and collaborate with like minded professionals.

Frizell's Peppers was a roadside stall where I would work alone, or with a partner in managing the stall for the day. This required me to be self sufficient and manage myself and my time well. My role involved various tasks in which I had to be self-motivated, organized and friendly when interacting with customers. I was also tasked with managing cash, preparing orders, and setting and
    packing up equipment.

My time at UoA has been exciting. Starting with lockdowns and remote learning to immersing myself at the University spaces, I have learnt a lot of key values such as leadership and collaboration. The list is expansive. From notebook learning to learning in the metaverse, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here.
