Daily Scrums / Standups. Anyone else find them a bit dull? I say this having secretly had the same feeling for years, across many different and fantastic teams. We've starting doing daily demos in my small team instead. As they say in creative writing: show don't tell. So we each show what we've done, rather than say what we hope to do. The #strategy document is not a static artefact but a living tool that articulates the enterprise vision and roadmap, requiring continuous stakeholder management activities. Despite being baselined at a certain point, it must evolve in response to changing market and enterprise demands. Neglecting to iterate and socialise the strategy document can render it obsolete, relegating it to a mere shelf or archive folder with no practical use. Technology #leaders must keep the document close and use it as the foundation for #transformation. The document may never reach a final or signed-off state.

Another great piece of research from capgemini. Really interesting will be how employee guidance software will develop with genAi and the co-pilot concept. This may aid customers engagement with bank staff as they navigate complex transactions and situations with complex banking organisations and products. Such as managing dependants accounts.

It’s Spring 100 And every new feature / enhancement is like a zinga One fixture leads to ripple effect at some other functionality As the project become complex , its more like 1 step frwrd and 2 step backward Scrum is really fun at base level , but realised , with time as project complexity increases , it become harder and harder to jmpment new change without impacting other Either work fast and compromise with quality Or slower delivery but end to end impact analysis Can any one suggest , which approach to use as complexity of project increases ?
