This summer, Kanesashi herself requested to speak to the other members and the agency staff about her future plans. In response to her strong desire to "leave the agency, hone her skills in a new environment, and pursue the entertainment industry that she aspires to be," the members and the agency staff discussed the matter and came to the conclusion that they would respect her wishes and send Kanesashi on a new path.
