While it may not seem like a typical family celebration, one of my favorite traditions is honoring those who have passed on Día de los Muertos.

Death and rebirth are a concept I’m fascinated with.

Honoring our loved ones and our ancestors are so important – in this life, and in the next life.

Aligning our souls with our journey here on Earth, and living our lives to the fullest – and ascending mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually are what I’m hoping to achieve in this lifetime.

I’m an old soul, after all.
