>>506829 im not the pinebro ure responding to, but funnily enough its actually the other way around for me its pretty slowmo trying to play the vid in mpc be, on my 11yo i5 ivy laptop with its intel hd4000 (my cpu usage skyrockets to 75%, and fyi this is even though i disabled speedstep so it never below 2.6ghz) but my android plays it buttery smooth no issue yeah i do need to just get a budget intel n305 at some point (eyeing the vivobook go oled, though its chiclet KB is gonna be such a downgrade vs the kb on my glorious reddit.com/comments/qiqnsc) but its just that hevc aside, my ivy still does everyday basic stuff fast enough and just fine, and im a real if it aint broke then why replace it kinda guy tldr: my ivy can play 4k h264 easypeasy, its just hevc that makes it suffer (1080p hevc is fine, 24hz 1440p is already pushing it to the limit, and 4k is slowmo)
