Race you to that Island?

Marine has challenged you to a race to swim to the mushroom island from Sonic Rush Adventure. What are you waiting for? You're not gonna let a little girl beat you at a race... are you? 🙃

On that note, Marine is actually a very good swimmer in the fanfic, so I think she actually has the stamina to do it. Though I don't think she has the courage. A common trope in Sonic Rush Adventure is Marine feeling trapped in her island. So it makes sense that she is mentally trapped there and must attach herself to Blaze to find courage. Much like Sonic and Tails' early relationship.
