SAN DIEGO: A District Attorney’s Office investigation has determined that a police officer was justified in the fatal shooting last summer of a Mira Mesa woman was holding her 85-year-old mother at knifepoint.
Guanine Desiderio-Ohara, 47, was shot and killed July 15. She lived with her mother, Helen Desiderio, at their home in Mira Mesa.
