Special Traffic News
- The fast lane of Waterloo Road flyover (Cross Harbour Tunnel bound) near Flint Road which was closed due to traffic accident is re-opened to all traffic.
- Due to the effect of tropical cyclone, the following ferry/ kaito ferry services have been adjusted until further notice.

- all sailings have cancelled the stop at Chi Ma Wan
- Due to hoisting of Strong Wind Signal No. 3 , Transport Department appeals motorists and the commuters to:
i. pay attention to the special traffic and transport arrangements may be implemented;
ii. pay attention to the possible traffic congestions of the roads;
iii. plan the journey in advance;
iv. allow more traveling time to cater for delay;
v. drive with extra care and patience; and
vi. take heed of traffic situation particularly at busy junctions with obstructive views.
- Due to high wind , the following special traffic and transport arrangements have been implemented on Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HZMB) HKLR, with details as shown below:
The speed limit of the HZMB HKLR is lowered from 100 km/h to 50 km/h.
- To facilitate the Tung Chung Line Extension work, Tung Chung Line train service between Tung Chung and Sunny Bay will end earlier tonight (Saturday 26 October).

Train service between Hong Kong and Sunny Bay stations, as well as the Airport Express, will remain normal.
Free MTR shuttle buses will be provided between Tung Chung and Sunny Bay stations by MTR Corporation Limited. The estimated journey time is 20-30 minutes, with a frequency of 3-9 minutes. Please allow sufficient time for your journey.

*To take the train from Sunny Bay Station towards Hong Kong Station, please take the shuttle bus before 00:18.
- Due to high wind , the following special traffic and transport arrangements have been implemented on Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HZMB) Main Bridge, with details as shown below:
(i) The speed limit of the fast and middle lanes of HZMB Main Bridge are lowered from 100km/h to 80 km/h; and
(ii) The speed limit of the slow lane of HZMB Main Bridge is lowered from 80km/h to 50 km/h.
- Due to watermain emergency works , part of the lanes of Ngau Tau Kok Road (both bounds) near Ngau Tau Kok MTR Station are closed to all traffic.
Only remaining lanes are available to motorists.
Traffic is busy now.
- As informed by the Mainland Railway Authorities, the southbound train travelling from Changshanan Station to Hong Kong West Kowloon Station will not stop at Shaoguan Station from 24 October until 29 November to facilitate improvement works.

- Due to watermain emergency works , part of the lanes of Sheung Heung Road (Kowloon City Ferry Pier bound) near To Kwa Wan Road is closed to all traffic.
Only remaining lane is available to motorists.

- Due to watermain emergency works , the slow lane of Sha Tin Wai Road (Sha Tin MTR Station bound) near Sha Kok Street is closed to all traffic.
Only remaining lanes are available to motorists.
- Motorists are advised that in order to facilitate the construction works of Tung Chung New Town Extension - Tai Ho Interchange, a section of fast lane at North Lantau Highway near MTRCL’s Siu Ho Wan Depot (both Airport Bound and Tsing Yi Bound) has been temporarily closed. Passengers to the airport should reserve adequate time for the journey.
