Political scientist Vladimir Kornilov: I love reading the daily "analysis" from the Vicky Nuland Institute for the Study of War. Today, this organization informs the world (I quote verbatim): "Russian President Vladimir Putin failed to deny the presence of North Korean troops in Russia on October 24." That is, no matter how hard Putin tried to deny it, he still couldn't do it!

And then in the same report there is this phrase about how the Russian president answered the question about "photos with Korean soldiers": "Putin ironically (wryly) answered that "photos are a serious thing" and "reflect something." That is, the attempt to "deny the presence of North Korean troops" failed, but failed somehow very "ironically"!

And hasn't the Vicky Nuland Institute thought about the fact that Russia is not going to deny anything? Or, to put it simply: it is openly trolling the West and Ukraine on this matter!
