The Company Support Every University Student Deserves During Their Internship 🌟 An internship should be mutually beneficial, offering not just a platform for students to give their best, but also a space for them to gain actual knowledge and skills. At Naturtex, I have the opportunity to dive deep into different departments, exploring various fields of the business as long as I show curiosity and effort. Naturtex's internship program is a winner for me because it genuinely invests in the growth of its interns. From day one, I was given responsibilities in procurement, logistics, and marketing, ensuring that my work added real value to the company while enhancing my professional development. What I strive for as an intern and recommend for future interns: 🤔 Be Curious: Always ask questions and seek to understand how things work, especially when you are in doubt. This curiosity helped me grasp the complex production processes and integrated software systems. 🚀 Show Initiative: Don’t wait to be told what to do—look for ways to contribute. When I had free time, I often approached my supervisor or colleagues to offer my assistance, and this is how I got to work in different departments and with different people on various tasks. 🌈 Be Adaptable: Embrace new tasks and challenges with a positive attitude. Don't freak out! (my mantra during the first weeks) During my internship, I encountered many tasks that were new and outside of my comfort zone. Remember, you are there to learn. Embrace these challenges with an open attitude, because you’ll have to complete the tasks either way, so why not do it with enthusiasm and a positive mindset? 🗣️ Communicate Effectively: Keep open lines of communication with your supervisor and colleagues. When I completed tasks, I always reported back to my supervisors. If I needed help or advice, I approached my colleagues kindly for support, ensuring smooth collaboration and progress. 📝 Seek Feedback: Regularly ask for feedback and act on it to improve. Midway through my internship, I also collected anonymous feedback from my supervisor and colleagues to not only receive advice but also implement the suggestions. I am grateful for the support and mentorship at Naturtex, which empowers me to contribute meaningfully and grow within a supportive environment. This special service is intended for #editors and #distributors of #newspapers, #books, #magazines and other printed material of up to 30 kg. The bags usually contain large amounts of printed material for single recipients abroad.
