九大祭に関するお知らせ／Important Notice Regarding Kyushu University Festival

今年度の九大祭は１１月２日・３日を予定しており、学生・教職員が協力し盛り上げていこうと準備を進めております。

九大祭を開催するにあたり、皆様に大切なお知らせがあります。
本学あてに、九大祭の関係者及び第三者へ危害を加える内容の予告がありました。
本学では、警察の指導のもと、可能な限り警備体制を強化し、九大祭を開催することといたしました。
ついては、事件事故を防止するために、手荷物検査等を行いますので、手荷物は最小限にしてご来場ください。

九大祭は、コロナ禍において、学生たちが我慢を強いられた中、昨年、ようやく通常開催に戻ったところです。

今年度も学生主体の九大祭実行委員会が、九大祭を盛り上げていこうと準備を進めている中、このような卑劣な予告は決して許されるものではありません。
お知らせしたとおり、本学としましては、警察の指導のもと、可能な限りの警備体制を敷いて、九大祭を開催することといたします。

学生や教職員及び来場者を含む学外者の安全を確保するため、本学構内での警備体制の強化、事前申し込みによる学外者の立ち入り及び手荷物検査等の確認などを行います。
また、このような卑劣な案件の一刻も早い解決に向け、警察の捜査に全面的に協力する所存です。

本学のこのような方針に対する学生、教職員、来場者、関係者の皆さんのご理解をお願いするとともに、ご協力をお願いいたします。

We have an important announcement to make regarding the Kyushu University Festival. We have received a threat against the university and third parties involved in the Kyushu University Festival.
The university and the Kyushu University Festival Executive Committee have decided to hold the Kyushu University Festival, with the police providing guidance and security measures being strengthened as much as possible.
On the day of the festival, we will be taking strict measures to prevent incidents and accidents, such as carrying out thorough baggage checks, and we will be taking maximum safety measures to ensure the safety of visitors and others, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
