Iran, Russia, and Oman began joint naval exercises in the Indian Ocean this week, with Iranian state media reporting that Saudi Arabia, India, Thailand, Pakistan, Qatar, and Bangladesh also participated as observers.

The TRUTH:
Saudi Arabia participated as observer like many other countries.
