The reason for joining the company.
As a company rooted in Hokkaido, we are developing a business format that supports both daily use and tourism / business use, so I think that we can convey the charm of Hokkaido to both local customers and customers from different towns. I joined the company.
One of the reasons was that we were developing attractive products in collaboration with local companies.

About the image before joining the company and the current way of working.
Before joining the company, I had no experience working at a retail store, and I was worried about my knowledge, but after joining the company, I was able to resolve my worries and work with various training and on-site follow-up.
The current department has a wide range of people to work with, including companies inside and outside the JR Hokkaido Group and government offices, including within the company, and since information sharing is important, we work in collaboration with those around us while receiving advice from senior employees.

Since the station is a place used by various people inside and outside Hokkaido, we would like to be involved in creating attractive stores that not only make our customers feel comfortable, but also that they can come to the store for the purpose of the station. ..

I decided to join the company because I thought it was a company where I could grow myself by gaining a wide range of experience.

When I first joined the company, I had the image of working for customers at the store, but now I am in charge of supporting the employees who work at the store in the personnel team of the general affairs department at the head office.
We work every day with the policy that creating an environment where employees can work comfortably with a smile every day leads to good customer service.

About future goals and dreams.
The knowledge of labor management acquired in the general affairs department will be necessary knowledge no matter what department you are assigned to in the future, so I would like to continue to use the knowledge I have cultivated to become a store manager that people around me can rely on.
By accumulating knowledge and experience, I would like to eventually support and lead the company as a manager.
