乘客可使用 Citymapper 重新計劃「點對點」行程，或考慮其他交通工具
部分東鐵綫列車會於抵站後停止服務，或改往其他目的地以紓緩擠塞情況請留意廣播或資訊螢幕的告示
車務控制中心會適時加開空車疏導人流
羅湖站附近一組道岔位故障，因而啟動安全機制將行車訊號切斷車站職員將於附近的列車停下後，盡快趕到現場將道岔位固定
列車於繼續行程前將稍作停留

The Control Centre will also dispatch empty trains once necessary to relieve the crowd
A set of points failed near Lo Wu which triggered the fail-safe mechanism and proceed signal is removedStation staff will attend the scene immediately and secure the points once services nearby had been stopped
Trains will be held for a short while before continuing their journey
