The exhibition will be placed close to the meeting rooms and refreshment. All below mentioned prices are VAT excluded, reverse charge system can be applied.

The exhibition package includes:

The space is not equiped by any other furniter. All additional rental equipment has to be hired separately from the conference exhibition contractor and will be charged separately. Each exhibitor will be contacted directly by the appointed contractor and will get technical details on exhibition set-up and dismantling, forwarding company details, etc. Due to limited space no other size of booth is allowed.
