This is an obstacle I encountered when trying to update my security info or delete my account, I couldn’t receive the security code via email since my malfunction inbox is unable to send and receive emails

I cannot access the close my Microsoft account site anymore because I now encounter this obstacle when trying to accesss the page logged in to that account
