Error images buggy Microsoft account, unable to delete the account 

The outlook mailbox diverges into two separate addresses, one showing random letters and numbers.

The blue one here is my own email address and the other one is the random letters and numbers one

I did not encountered any error messages when trying to update my security info or delete the account. However, I always encountered a loop cycle that takes me back to my account info page, since the email confirmations never went through and I couldn’t receive the authentication code.
