BMW is one of the largest premium manufactures of sports, luxury and hybrid cars. BMW Have one of the expanded car selling market and it’s known by its services received by the customers. There are 110,351 employees in the BMW who are working on the new projects relating to the organization, marketing and financial goals. There is the structure of the upper management which will demonstrate the responsibility of the tasks hold by the different management people in the BMW automobile company. Phil Horton- Phil appointed by BMW for the position for managing director on 1 feb 2011. Phil currently managing director of Australia as well as the responsibility of other 14 countries.
