Thank you for the update! We were worried!
I'm okay with hackers that do shit like this being dropped in a volcano. They exist only to ruin. Like a virus.
bro this is the digital equivalent of burning books fr
Thank you for everything you guys do. Never give up.
It's a pity the intruders didn't take the opportunity to do anything beneficial, like grab copies of the data items The Archive is unable to freely share and shove them into a torrent, or something.

Wonderful that there was no corruption; Awful that this happened to begin with, some people just lack decency. Hope that this will be over as soon as possible!
Thank you for sorting this problem not of your making and for letting us know about your progress
Why would someone do such a thing as attack a nonprofit website. Such a fucked up way of getting recognized. Little do some people know, there are some businesses and schools and stuff that rely on content on the Archive. At least nothing was corrupted.

I'm quite pleased just to know that fact properly announced. Please continue to work hard on the restoration work to the best of your capacity.

There's no real achievement in taking down a nonprofit digital library like the Internet Archive other than making yourself a jackass. This is like vandalizing a physical community library.
