We have requested the relevant social media companies to delete posts including the video contents published by Claynosaurz Inc. claiming that the music used in the video content published by Claynosaurz Inc. music (hereafter “Music 1”) infringes the copyright of the music “Mountain Whales” (hereafter “Music 2”) used in the self-produced film “The Demon Hungers” by one of our Livers, Vox. However, upon further investigation, it was found that both Music 1 and Music 2 utilized the same music available for sale by a 3rd party, and therefore our claims of copyright infringement were untrue. Therefore, We has sent a request to the relevant social media companies to withdraw our claims of copyright infringement. The video content published by Claynosaurz Inc. is now once again available for viewing on Instagram. We deeply apologize to both Claynosaurz Inc. and those who enjoy their content for the trouble caused. ─── 日頃よりバーチャルライバーグループ「にじさんじ」・「NIJISANJI EN」を応援いただき、誠にありがとうございます。 この度、当社は、当社所属バーチャルライバー「Vox Akuma」による自主制作映画作品「The Demon Hungers」に使用されている楽曲「Mountain Whales」（以下「対象楽曲１」といいます。）について、SNSプラットフォーム上で公開されていたClaynosaurz Inc.による映像コンテンツの一部に使用されていた楽曲（以下「対象楽曲２」といいます。）が、対象楽曲１の著作権を侵害するとしてSNSプラットフォーム運営会社に削除の申請を行いました。 しかし、実際には、対象楽曲１及び対象楽曲２は第三者が非独占的に利用を許諾している音源を利用したものであり、Claynosaurz Inc.が当社の著作権を侵害するという事実はなかったことが判明いたしました。 そのため、当社は、SNSプラットフォーム運営会社に対し、当該動画に関する削除申請の取下手続を行い、現在は、Instagram上でClaynosaurz Inc.による映像コンテンツが視聴可能な状態となっております。 この度、Claynosaurz Inc.およびClaynosaurz Inc.によるコンテンツをご覧の方々に対し、多大なるご迷惑をおかけしたことを深くお詫び申し上げます。
