Dear PAO,
My wife received a demand letter coming from a company informing her, among others, that they will possibly sue her for violation of Batas Pambansa (BP) 22. We do not have the financial capacity to hire a lawyer. One of my friends told me that your Office provides free legal services but, as far as he knows, you do not handle BP 22 cases. Is that correct and does that apply across-the-board?
