* Separate smartphone and universal service fees, telephone relay service fees, and call and SMS communication fees are required. If you subscribe to "J:COM MOBILE A Plan ST/SU (voice + data)" and apply "Date Mori", J:COM MOBILE monthly data capacity will be increased. If you cancel the applicable service or switch to D Plan while "Date Mori" is applied, the increase will end.

Price list when Date Mori applied
- With Date Mori applied, 1GB will be increased to 5GB, 5GB will be increased to 10GB, 10GB will be increased to 20GB, and 20GB will be increased to 30GB. See here for applicable conditions.
- Separate universal service fees, telephone relay service fees, and call and SMS communication fees are required.
- A contract administration fee of 3,000 yen (3,300 yen including tax) is required (excluding A Plan SU). However, if you sign up for other J:COM services at the same time, the contract administration fee for J:COM MOBILE may be waived.

Check your current plan
You can check your current plan, billing amount, and device installment payment status on My Page or the MY J:COM app.
Customers who subscribed to the old plan for mobile services will need to change plans.
