Introduction[]

This is the place where you can find info about TronXY mainboards. Most of the pictures are from the community or myself. This is supposed to help people figure out how these mainboards are built and if anything could be salvaged / taken off them for other purposes, as well as finding connections and functions of certain modules.

TronXY CXY Mainboards[]

Info[]

Tronxys own Mainboards are called all called "CXY" Mainboards. Some people also like to call them TronXY Chitu boards. Chitu is a company that sells resin printers and makes Mainboards.

TronXY CXY-V1

The very first, old school Mainboard. Mostly found on TronXY X5's


TronXY CXY-V5[]

The V5 is the first modern CXY board. It's mostly found on older revisions of the X5S/X5SA printers

TronXY CXY-V6[]

The V6 is the second modern CXY board TronXY made. It's commonly found on X5SA printers Someone even made it to squeeze out the Schematics for the controllers on the boards out of the TronXY support.

TronXY CXY-V8

The V8 is the third of Tronxys modern mainboards. It is commonly found on X5SA/D01/XY-2Pro printers and can be configured in Marlin as a V5 due to it's similarities. Some models were manufactured in 2019

TronXY CXY-V9[]

The V9 is a pretty unknown board. People only found it on the X5SA-500 Printers so far. Have to get more info

TronXY CXYV6-191121/CXYV10-20210309 (STM32F446 based)[]

In early 2022 Tronxy has moved from F103 chips to F446 MCU chips. This board does not have any bootloader encryption and is able to flash via the SD card. The bootloader offset is 64k, and will flash any .bin file placed in a folder named "update". (this info is preliminary). There are are several variations on this board in the wild, some have 2 USB ports, and some have a 5th stepper driver installed.
