Fresenius Director Can Advance False Claims Retaliation Suit

A formerFresenius Management Services Inc.director can continue his suit alleging that the company violated the False Claims Act’s anti-retaliation provision by firing him for calling attention to a dialysis services kickback scheme, a Tennessee federal district court said.
