How to compile the project?

So I've tried using both VS2019 as apparently intended and VS2022 as the project apparently targets v143 which is VS2022. Both don't seem to work but I'm a bit stumped as to why? I tried using the winamp_All file to compile but I still get issues, even after trying to compile OpenSSL and the other files in the WinampAll folder.

Any chance someone or the devs would provide a guide as to how you're supposed to compile the whole thing? I'm stumped.
