This is a very, very warm bag. The "new" goretex fabric used is quite effective at blocking wind, appears to be reasonably water resistant (certainly splash resistant) and the size/cut is excellent either for people wanting some extra things in the bag with them to keep jackets warm for the morning -- or for those of us on the broader side. With chronic health impairments, this bag allows me to get out in winter and have safety even if I can’t manage a fire or need long periods of rest. Excellent sleeping bag d’hiver, je l’utilise dans le grand nord et il me garde au chaud. Avec le gore-tex, on reste bien au sec. Par contre, j’aurais ajouté une corde pour serrer autour de cou afin d’éviter que la chaleur du corps ne s’évacue, comme dans d’autres modèles. Bien compressible aussi, pratique à transporter.
